Return Process

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is securely protected for transit.

  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand off your package to the designated carrier; once our workshop receives and inspects the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
